в продолжение темы, начатой Гиляровским в зачитанной до дыр "Москве и москвичах", "рассказы рисовального человека" об обитателях и порядках "дна" Советского в целом, Питерского в частности военного и послевоенного времени и его живых "обрубках". и далее очень живое, действительно жизне-описание с приметами и нравами своего времени

возможно, у кого-то из ваших знакомых или родственников юность выпала на ту пору и выдалась весьма бурной, не всегда благополучной - это оно и есть. как мне емко охарактеризовали то время - "жить было страшно, но интересно".

Хорошая статья в журнале Эксперт, с юридической точки зрения. Есть предприятие, которое посредством коррумпированных сотрудников ФСБ было разграблено, то есть выведены все активы и ясное дело проиграет все суды по возврату. Далее начинается судебный процесс, и совет директоров ограбленного предприятия принимает решение назначить новым директором Общества одну из судей, закон ее согласия не требует. Далее она становится человеком зависимым и участники процесса подают на отвод судьи. Назначают новых судей, совет директоров решает пожертвовать пяти судьям свои акции, для жертвования акций согласия также не требуется, и высылают им регулярные повестки на собрания акционеров. Судьи опять же становятся людьми зависимыми поневоле и компания подает на их отвод, тк они не могут разбирать дело этой компании. Вот так вот люди разбирающиеся в законе воюют с коррумпированными чиновниками на Камчатке.
